MISSION

• The mission of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship.

Rotary is an organization that provides opportunities to students to serve the community. Rotaract club bring people together to serve the society to develop leadership and professional skills. Rotaract club of DKMC includes 30 Rotaract club members, a president and secretary and a club coordinator along with 3 co-coordinators. Rotaract helps to make each individual a better person by training them in life skills and develop their social skills with more confidence. It helps to infuse humanity, ethics, cultural awareness, desire and ability to serve to the society at college level.

Rotaract club of DKMC has conducted many service-oriented programmes and activities such as Tree plantation, Road Safety Awareness Programmes, Blood donation camps and Eye-Awareness camps and Covid-19 Health safety sanitation awareness programmes, Health and Hygiene awareness camps to the students. It creates a more positive environment for students for promoting, understanding and peace towards the society. Rotary clubs organizes frequent and monthly programmes for the benefit of the students.

More Career development programmes are planned to be organized to strengthen the students’ willpower and confidence to get better placements after their studies.
